We carry Pasture to Plate beef, lamb, pork and poultry. This you may pre-order or simply come in and pick up at you convenience. We have a warehoue freezer on site and have a wide selection of meats, however we do run out of certain items from time to time. We carry the Coconut Cream concentrate from Tropical Traditions as well as coconut peanut butter and a selection of natural coconut based skin care products and soaps.

We stock a variety of fermented cod liver oil and x-factor butter oil. We are the only retailer for these products in BC.

For a North American brand of mineral rich mined salt (Utah) and medicinal clay, Redmond is the way to go! We use only these salts in our kitchen, we also stock them for your enjoyment.

This company produces the best grassfed organic ghee from their USA based dairy herd that we have found. A wonderful cooking oil, we also carry a selection of flavored ghees that can be used medicinally to stimulate digestion and to aid relaxation!

We carry organic tulsi teas in their loose lear form as well as the traditional herbal preparations ranging from Chywanprash to Ashwagandah. I find these products nicely compliment a good diet and the herbs can help to elevate your health and fine tune delicate body and spiritual balances.

Made from African Shea Butter, these skin care products are pure and wonderful. I have used them for years and I have always liked the program the company is based on, sending money back to their home country. Using African Fair trade Society’s products is a nice way to support them!

Our local organic tea company that grows as much of their own herbs as they can in their climate (Whistler), Namaste Tea is now successfully growing their own holy basil and many other herbs for their gourmet tea blends. If it is medicinal teas you are looking for, this is a good choice!
