Ethical Kitchen offers a variety of healthy dining options for those with food sensitivities and special diets.
Our baked goods are predominantly gluten free and we also make an effort to provide dairy free options as well. We use only wholesome flours like almond and local hazelnut as staples in gluten-free baking instead of substituting with non-properly prepared bean flours and other starches that can come with their own list of ills!
Some of our gluten-free meal options include:
- Peruvian Eggs: fried eggs on quinoa, served with roasted vegetables & fried onions
- Russian plate: fried pork chop with potato latke, kraut, quark & pickled beet salad
- Mini breakfast: roasted potatoes, one egg & kraut
