Children’s tea parties & birthday parties

Celebrate your child’s next birthday with a magical tea party at Ethical Kitchen! Our parties are adaptable for any special occasion.

If your little ones get excited about delicate tea parties, creative food and decorating cupcakes, then this is the party for them! With the garden to play in on nice sunny days, Ethical Kitchen offers Fridays and Sundays for birthday parties and casual gatherings for children. Bottomless herbal tea in tiny cups and a welcoming tray of organic treats and chocolate dipped fruits to get the party started!

We offer cupcake decorating as an activity: Miniature organic coconut and white chocolate cupcakes are ready to go with a selection of melted chocolate toppings and chopped nuts and treats. The children decorate the cupcakes and we wrap them up for take home. If your children are too small for the decorating of cupcakes but not too small to eat them, parents have a great time decorating too!

We design party table decorations to your specification of the theme and provide a cake. We do all the baking and decorating in house and make cakes to look like anything from pirate ships and treasure chests to girls’ jewelry boxes.

You are welcome to bring any extra entertainment for the children or to organize games in the garden on sunny days.

rates

  • $10 per child includes tea party & snacks or
  • $15 per child includes tea party, snacks & cupcake activity with 8 pack of cupcakes to take home.
  • $60 for birthday cake (serves 12 people). Larger cakes are available, and you can take any leftovers home. Upon booking your party you can request the cake of your choice, including gluten- and dairy free cakes, as well as how you would like it decorated.
  • We can provide balloons as well at a cost of $2 per helium balloon
  • $18 a dozen for any extra cupcakes you wish to have for decorating and snacking, includes toppings and melted organic chocolates.
  • The regular menu is also available for ordering during the party if you wish to have meals and drinks as well.
